Our practice is based on the principle of maximum information. We will welcome you to our practice after you have scheduled a consultation by telephone or email. One of our patient-care staff will take you to the waiting area and give you a form with questions on your general health. Then you will be taken into one of our treatment rooms. Here the patient-care staff will review the form with you, take photographs of your breasts for the future evaluation of the surgical result, and show you pre- and postoperative pictures of operated patients. The evaluation will be next: the treating doctor will hear your wishes, ideas on the outcome, and questions. The doctor will subsequently give you individualised advice, explain to you every step, and provide a professional opinion on the feasibility of your desires. Your breasts will then be evaluated. If the procedure is breast augmentation with implant, the patient will have the opportunity to insert test implants in a sports-bra in order to get an idea of the result. After the consultation, you will receive information material and, if desired, an appointment for surgery and additional paperwork for the preparation for the breast lift (Patient information and preparation for surgery).
